Double head aseptic filler is composed of filling head, operation system, controlling system, air supply and exhaust system, aseptic chamber, automatic control system and work table. It is mainly applied to aseptic filling of various kinds of fruits & vegetables pulp/puree, liquid dairy products etc.
The filling head is used for aseptic filling. To begin with, pre-sterilize the filing head with steam. Then, keeping a certain temperature and positive pressure to obtain aseptic filling room. Finally, aseptic filling.
Electric system controls the complete set of the equipment operating under scheduled program, which including programmable logic controller, electromagnetism or quality flow meter, arithmometer, temperature controlling meter etc.
