ITGH-2000ⅡA casing pipe pasteurizer is mainly applied to pasteurizing of various kinds of fruits in fruits processing industry, It consists of the following components: material tank, sterilizing water tank and sterilizing pump, material supplying pump, heat exchanger (including casing pipe heater, terminal cooler, heat recycler, temperature holder, low-temperature return cooler, etc.), degasser, hot water generator and control system. Controlling method of this pasteurizer includes: PLC control, touching screen operating, frequency timing, PID temperature controlling etc.
